Flaubert--you are right, only one person received the free shares, probably well deserved. My general point remains though--I do not get interested in form 4's unless there is open market insider buying at the same price you or I can buy. Option grants, stock awards, and below market warrants are good for employees of the company but detrimental to to existing shareholders due to dilution. I would like to see options and stock awards priced at or above market prices--ie., provide incentive that meets everyone's financial interest.
