Great new book out by S. Gilbert:

amazon.com

I included the book under it to, which looks interesting but I know nothing about it. Gilbert book is very good and he's a leader in the field. The book will be used in University coursework I'm sure.

Shows all sorts of examples of environmentally induced epigentic based morphology changes that are passed on as evolutionary traits with no change in gene sequences as I've talked about.

What I find even more interesting is cases where residual populations then NOT exposed to the environmental "cause" then also morph. Sounds like Sheldrakes "M-Fields". I know he talks about embryology all the time.
