Its the Democrats that are racist. They are the ones who think Black's cannot make it on their own and must depend on welfare. Republicans are the ones who freed the blacks, but apparently made the mistake of giving them farms and mules. It would seem blacks never forgave Republicans for that generosity. Yup. Blacks, by a strange twist in their makeup, hate white folks who are generous. Scientists have yet to identify the DNA that makes that happen in blacks.......so it continues to be a mystery. As for generous Republicans who have been scorned by blacks, I am sorry.....its patently unfair. :-((
