Unless I'm mistaken ( perhaps someone can verify for us ) a 2Q

charge was taken for the rebate program. I think because K.E.

knew the 3Q was going to be challenging that it was only prudent to

take the charge in the 2Q. In my mind the program is working better

than expected with a less then expected drain on 3Q profits,

( considering that the quarter was going to be challenging ). In other

words I can't see the extension of the program if the result was to

further damage the 3Q. any thoughts ??
