My brother moved from Hawaii to Northern Idaho last June and has been snowed in for 7 days. He said he wanted to experience the change of seasons since that didn't happen in Hawaii. I have to laugh at his emails - a sampling: slipped on the ice while walking the dog yesterday; threw my back out today trying to shovel the ice off the walkway so I can take the dog out; took 3 hours to get to Spokane yesterday because of all the snow; dog won't poop in the snow, had to clear a spot for him; slipped on the ice again today, hurt my wrist; day 7 of being snowed in - it's really beautiful out - think I'm going to leave it that way - out.
