Rumor has it thast C JPM moved up #'s ahead of TARP funding round #2. Looks like the market has had just about enough of the losses/govt bailouts. The charts tell the story. How long until TARP round#3? CNBC reporting tonight JPM CEO says it will get worse before it gets better.
