Different in what way? I'm thinking the 2 biggest rip offs by Bush were 911 and the middle east fiascos. Assuming 911 happened on Gore's watch I think he would have done something just as stupid as Bush. I doubt Gore would have tried to undue Clinton's repeal of Glass Steagall, reign in that lunatic Greenspan, etc. Seems to me the outcome would basically be the same.
