Should be

"OTOH if we get sustained rates in the high teens, I'll accept the depression categorization. Or alternatively if we get any 20+% unemployment, even for a quarter, or if we get very sustained low double digit rates, then I'd also be ok with "depression".

Obviously high double digit rates would be ridiculous.

And a clarification. "very sustained would be multiple years. Maybe 5 or even more.
