hamas has emotional support of gazans for reasons have national and religious pride in the face of the israeli attack. But what happens on the day after this is over is the real question. Nazralla had to apologize to the lebanese people for starting the 06 war. He said if i knew they would react the way they did, i wouldnt have attacked the israeli unit or rocketed in the north. Now hamas with that lesson apparently unlearned, has made the same mistake. I wonder whether evenly divided pals (PA snd Hamas) will be as forgiving.. I guess like hizbo, they thought israel was a paper tiger and would not act particularly after the costly lebanon war. WRONG. Will hamas pay the political price now? Dunno, arabs behaviour is always strange to me.
