Bill, Its dormant alright. I don't think this is a hype situation. This is a "make it or break it" situation with a lot of speculation. Problem is every time it makes a slight run up people bail out for the small profit and then start thinking about getting in again when the price drops. I have done this a few times myself. I'm still holding shares though. Bob Witt
