Did Brinker send out a bulletin to buy today with his profit taking dollars? Answer What a joke for "a top rated market timer" to be all in at 1565 and have nothing to buy with at 820!!!! This tells you how bankrupt the idea is that anyone can time the markets if the best timers are this bad.
