The stock dividend that went out to PRTI shareholders is the 4 million shares Morgan claims to have, if I understand this correctly. Since the shares are already distributed, how does Morgan get them back? And if he can, how long will it take? The legal battle could be costly and time consuming. If Morgan's certificate hasn't been cancelled, why did MVPH put out a press release saying Morgan et al have no legitimate claim to it? I'd like to see Morgan refute it publicly if this is false. There seems to be a lot of someone's word against Morgan's lately. It would appear that either this is the biggest conspiracy to come along in a long time, or something is amiss.
