Muenchen, 4 weeks and 2 days til Feb 17. Wave must be at $35 million market value, which is about $0.61 share. Or Wave is delisted. The question is, "What PR announcement can SKS make that is allowed by the SEC?" What should we be expecting? What should we not expect? Any ideas anyone?
