So, while Richardson did misbehave during this, it wasn't because of lax security, it was because he went public about Wen Ho Lee before the government had all of their ducks in a row.

Actually, Bush's approval rating has surged in the last couple weeks.

I believe as people are faced with the transition to amateur hour, they're getting some cold feet.
