No Hawk, your conclusion doesn't follow your premise. That may be your problem.

Do you think that scientific theories are beyond the grasp of common logic?

In many cases yes. Especially for rank amateurs like you and me.

What are your credentials, beyond cut and paste?

Frankly my skepticism of GW comes from my age... I've seen many, many things taken as fact turned on their ass in my lifetime. And I don't have a lot of faith in mankind's ability to analyze very complex systems (like climate) and understand all the many variable repercussions that come with significant change in a chaotic system.

But you have it all figured out, so carry on...
