Not only chasing certs, but TA's

Just imagine if you were implementing an SEC Rule 10b5 violation and could have all the buyers order out their certificates and not sell into the market, thereby allowing the perpetrators of the fraud to continue to sell the shares they own. Even though the stock they are selling is a violation of Rule 144. Tomorrow, boy's and girl's we will talk about the fact there are no shorts and there is no such thing as an illegal short!
