(Considering that Bush has been down-sizing the prisoner count there for quite a while already... and that most of the prisoners there are likely to be sent to other countries... and then - from what's left - some will be tried in military courts under prisoner of war regs., while some may be released, and only a few will be tried in civilian courts in the US.) A handful, most likely.
