An investor stated "...if you see a great investment opportunity...you better not be sitting in a corner reading a book about diversification..."(W. Buffet)

W. Buffett is an exceptional investor and has a good understanding of what represents an undervalued asset. For people who know what they are doing, diversification is boring, and in my opinion, not even important. They are investing money which they donot need it for a very, very long time, so portfolio fluctuations and its volatility doesn't bother them. Buffett buys an asset hoping he never has to sell it. He focuses on buying a good business at the right price and when he goes in with the attitude of never having to sell it, he is already ahead by avoiding capital gains taxes!
