World Marketing Alliance, as stated by a former poster, is an Atlanta based outfit engaging in multi-level (read: pyramid) insurance and annuity sales.

Puhr was a registered rep during his stint at the Denver Housing Authority, where he was originally hired as an accountant. His position as director of procurement in June of '92 (but not director of finance) was added later.

His license was registered to Intersecurities of Clearwater Florida from 1-9-92 to 6-94.

Previously from 6-26-91 to 1-8-92 it was with First American National Securities, now called PFS in Duluth GA.

In his stint in USMC he was stationed in New Orleans from 12-80 to 6-86 in New Orleans, in Okinawa from 6-86 to 6-87, and back to New Orleans from 6-87 to 9-90.

Interestingly, there is no PRTI mentioned on the information I received.
