Israel vs Palestine A geography lesson Present day Israelis often point out that there was no Palestine prior to the formation of Israel, or even prior to the 1967 expansion of Israel. So, comparing the 1948 nation of Israel against a then non-existant entity seems sort of a waste of time, wouldn't ya say? So lets look at your article. the Jewish Torah promises the children of Israel a modest and reasonable allotment of land. Is it accurate that the Jewish religion requires a defined patch of land that is "Jewish" land, and all the implications therein? Probably non-Jews don't want to live in Jewish land. Hmmm, read a bit more of your article and found it a bit boring. It seems to me the main thing that Israel requires in order to ensure it's existence is to make its neighbors accept it's existence. Destroying the Arabs/Muslims who neighbor Israel isn't really an option since they outnumber it by around 30 to 1. So lets hear more arguments about what Israel can and will do to make it's neighbor countries and people accept its existence. Without that the long term outlook for the country is not pretty.
