Paul, I agree with Gottfried's assessment on this one. I think this means some money for the "commodity" suppliers. The hardware to accomplish the set top boxes and the broadband internet have already been designed and are in operation. This money is all about "everyone" being provided the missing hardware, and the money provided to supply the hardware will most likely be spread out over quite a few companies. Don
