This stock sector is my "depression play" ..
With rising unemployment due to credit crisis related
job losses, folks will be looking to retrain for new
potential job opportunities created from the various
proposed government stimulus packages ..

The charts all look great so the big $$$ are coming in ..
I also haven't heard the 'talking heads' touting
this sector as of yet ..
so there's probably some room/time to ride this uptrend ..
