Mike only commenting about your possibility of a printer failure for the reason for hand typing. My comment is, if OVIS cert calls were as you put "extremely unusual," why not hand type some other stock certs? If you had a foundation hole for a house to dig and also had a hole to dig for a mailbox post, would you send the backhoe to dig the mailbox and your laborer to dig the foundation? (sorry only analogy I could come up with) JeffG
