Same goes for me..give me experience when flying over youth every day. You would think the younger they are the better their reflexes, but most of the time in flying, it is experience over reflex..and by the guys are old...they've experienced almost everything. We lost our hydraulic fluid when landing in ORD one time and had no breaks so he had to land and then steer by using the engines only...we almost went into some water at the end of the runway also. We bumped so hard when we landed, all our doors popped open..never had that happen before.
