Do you know how much cash is sitting on the sidelines, or stashed away in T-Bills drawing less than 1% return? TRILLIONS, buddy.. TRILLIONS!!

Which proves the point doesn't it. Or you could read the explanation of the folks that are delaying the wind projects... the financing isn't there. Same thing is true of significant projects across the spectrum of the economy.

You really need to get your head out of your ass.
