If it doesn't happen now, probably never will. Cheney painted Obama into a corner the other day by admitting to being a war criminal on tv, far as I can see. Either Obama arrests him under international treaty obligations pdq, or Cheney wins as a second consecutive president breaks his oath of office. otoh, there's a ray of hope in Obama's latest poll numbers, everyone seems to like him, so maybe he can get that smug pos sent to the Hague: "Americans (are confident Barack Obama can turn the economy around but) are prepared to give him years to do so" nytimes.com Yeah, I know, I'm a fucking optimist, but still. <g>
