Your take is wrong.. Palco nixed the deal prior to OVIS announcing it and
it is not delayed, it's off.

My response:
Who really cares if the Palco deal is on or off. With a million dollar PLUS
cash infusion into the clothing end the clothing end can expand it's market
into the fitness line on it's own.

1. Why buy for a company with only 100,000 in revenues?
2. Why pay the name "Hardcore", when they can launch their own fitness
clothing line using the Rocky Mountain Fitness / Sports Clothing name?

For my list only:
I found out that the Palco deal is dead. As Palco wanted $1.7 million
dollars for the name hardcore. Palco is only doing 100,000 a year in
revenues, and failed to hand over the books for an audit. I'm glad that
Gary did not follow through on this deal, as it's not cost effective, nor
beneficial to us shareholders...
