Hey Tom,

I agree with you. this is an excellent result.
They did much better than their guidance to
the street: they increased sales 27% and income
32% over last year whereas their guidance was
20-25%. Also large increase in cash in the balance
sheet. And don't forget they are just starting
to ship Symmetra, which I'm sure carries much
better margin than some of their other UPS stuff.
Finally, they continue to forge powerful alliances:
APCC is now the UPS standard, folks.

All this is very impressive. I believe the street
will view this result as a big upside surprise.
They've already got 88cts in the bank. If you
throw in a conservative 40cts for next quarter,
you get a stock price of 32 on a p.e. of 25. I
think we've got better days ahead on this one!
especially since the company is already indicating
it's comfortable with 1.45-1.5$ next year. Again
at a p.e. of 25, this would put us at 37$. Not a
shabby gain from here and remember, Wall Street
loves quasi-monopolies such as the one APCC has on
the UPS market.

I continue to patiently hold my shares bought between
19-22$ earlier this year. May even add tomorrow if
for some reason this stock doesn't opoen strong.
