Hi Don,

Several positives that DO exist as we look FORWARD INTO 09 AND BEYOND.

Billings have declined and it will take a lower level of booking to give us a favorable B to B ratio.

Last and more important IMO.

We must watch the technology leaders and the prime 800 pounder is Intel.

They have announced 2.5 billion to be spent in H1 of 09 for the implementaion of their 32nm chip line.

We have come to a natural capex slow down as we are transitioning into smaller line width with muliple core designs on the same piece of silicon.

All of this is designed to make mobile computing and more importantly web access much more available while being much faster and using less energy (thereby longer lasting).

Whren this transition is fully realized we'll be looking at our desk tops like they were 55 chevies.

We are right on the cusp of mobility catching another generation.

The next wave of technology will be cheaper, faster, last longer, and become even more entrenched in our daily lives.

It is a good thing to get in early on.IMO

Bob
