CNOA.ob is cheapest stock I can find. The stock trades at 29 cents and is expected to earn 27 cents this year. In other words, latest PR says the company will earn 20 million in 08 while the enterprise value for the company is 30 million. chinaorganicagriculture.com The company has a sullied reputation as a pump and dump. However, since then, there has been a new CEO and CFO in place with new board members. The company has changed its focus from being a grower of organic rice to being a distributor of organic and premium foods. The new CEO purchased five hundred thousand shares at higher prices. The largest shareholder converted his debt to stock at a price of around 32 cents. Below is a link to a fact sheet and audio with a company VP. chinaorganicagriculture.com I'm not crazy about their venture into California wine production, but it's hard to argue against the numbers and valuation placed on this company.
