I'm going to do that, thank you! I did my exercises and got on the Nordic Trac, but I'm taking it slow because I've been unable to do them for six weeks and have slipped some. I don't plan to do anything at all today except take it easy. Fortunately, our neighbors took care of the driveway while we were gone and we avoided the expense of having the roof shoveled by being last in line and having a timely melt-down. Still a couple feet of snow in the yard. The dog likes it.
