What an odd post.

I'm not rich, nor particularly complacent. I don't want a depression to happen, but that doesn't mean I can't reasonably speculate about what sort of economic problems should be labeled a depression or how a depression can happen.

If the speculation was about nuclear war, what might start one, or whether it would be the end of mankind, then even if I argued that it wouldn't be the end of mankind, that would hardly mean I would want one, or would be complacent about it happening.

If we get in a 5 year DEPRESSION I'll be broke and dead.

Most people survived the great depression.
