Well, we seem to be getting a lot more socialist these days, while the Chinese seem to be getting more like capitalists (although that won't last).

What do you think of gold in the short term? I'm net short on GLD right now, cause I think it's going lower before turning up again, but the SLV chart looks pretty strong. OTOH, I don't think SLV will go anywhere without GLD.
