your right, Art, you're not a lawyer. They had a patent which was awarded and they interpreted it their way. BRCM went anotehr way. Most of the time you go to court, you never know how it is going to go. A lawyers job is NOT to interpret laws, but to find the greyness in the law and persuede the judge to vote in their favor. .
