Every site, including this one, has the right to establish rules of conduct that they have every right to enforce.

Investment Forum boards are held to the highest degree of Terms of Use enforcement. Site admins will be more assertive in responding to TOU violation reports and board moderators may ban users from posting only for TOU violations (unless the board carries a Bulls/Bears designation).

Now usually, it is to each site's advantage to enforce those rules even-handedly.

No, I didnt think so.
The Brinker's did not enforce their rules even-handedly. Indeed, they didn't care about their rules, they just zapped the posts they didn't like and banned people by the dozens who they didn't like. This led very soon to the demise of all the message boards.
Now the fact that I have banned elan quatro from here has more to do with what I viewed as a continuation of the obsessive harassment (like he is doing right now on the Savant thread), than his double-post. That was a symptom, not the disease!!

2) The little dictator LIES about obsessive harassment. The little dictator never gave me a chance on her board. The little dictator knows full well that it is HER ABUSIVE and MALICIOUS behaviour of SUMMARILY BANNING me on her board that has prompted me to TELL THE TRUTH on this board.
It was apparent to me that he could have immediately edited his second post and put his apology in it. Instead, he left it up and wrote a phony apology in another post.

What it boils down to is that I set up this thread where I can post without HIS constant harassment sandwiched in between everything I post.
