washingtontimes.com — The procedural changes engineered by Pelosi are an "act of pure cynicism," and will make the 111th C. the most closed and one-sided. Pelosi did away with the 100 year old Recommit Motion because the minority GOP was able to slow or alter bills and repealed the 3yr term limit on committee chairmen, so the Dems can accumulate even more power.
