YNH, they may have wanted it, but they didn't get it until *after* the bubble created under clinton's watch broke down sensibilities of formerly rational people.

again, it is not all clinton's fault. i assign more responsibility to bush b/c he had 7 years to correct the errors that proceeded him and only made it worse.

but the idea our current stream of mega-bubbles didn't start under clinton's watch is absurd.
