March 8, 2004 - Last month, just one month after acquiring the Workplace Health assets, Morris bought a minority ownership stake in Houston-based American K-9 Bomb Search Inc. That firm has nine employees, five dogs trained to sniff for explosives and two dogs trained to sniff for drugs.

ALLIANCE AGREEMENT Between American K-9 Bomb Search, Inc., Inc. and Labwire, Inc.
This Agreement is entered into on this 1st day of February , 2005 by and between Labwire, Inc. (hereinafter “Labwire”), and American K-9 Services, Inc. (hereinafter “K-9”).
WHEREAS K-9 provides security and investigative, dog related services all of which are hereafter referred to, both singularly and collectively, as the “Security Services” and maintains a Web site at www.K-9.com (which site and any successor sites shall be referred to as the “K-9 Site”).and
WHEREAS Labwire desires to promote K-9 as the preferred provider of Security Services to its customers; and

LeAnn Linden, President of American K-9 (a minority owned business) has announced effective January 2004, Workplace Screening Services has acquired an interest in American K-9 and will assist with marketing and corporate management. Dexter Morris, CEO at Workplace, will serve as chairman and also act as a consultant to American K-9 and will use his expertise in the oil, gas, and chemical industries nationally, to promote the company.
The use of K-9 surveillance for both drug detection and explosives surveillance and identification is a growing industry that has been spurred by 9-11 and more recently 33CFR Part 105 USCG (United States Coast Guard) and DHS (Department of Homeland Security).
