Ted, I don't think I have to explain how the affirmative action policies of liberals ultimately hurt minorities. The ones who will listen already agree, and guys like you and SilentZ will just call me a "sellout."

When I was growing up, I was struck by how black leaders did not sound very well educated. Their English was poor and they never sounded like white leaders. These days everywhere you turn, more and more blacks are well educated, black leaders are as articulate as white leaders, blacks can be found working in all aspects of our culture, etc. What do you think is responsible at least in part for this significant change?
