<>< Jack Shoults, This thread is open to all who want to discuss anything.
This "Ask God" thread was started by a fellow by the name of j.garcia, when at a time the market was quite volatile. By his own words he started it as a joke, however, God is not a joke and this thread took off.j.garcia has since abandoned ship!
If you are serious about looking for ways to make money, then it is best to consider God first. He will bless those who look to Him. And of course if $$ are all you are interested in, then it is best to leave God out of it. 1 Tim.6:10...& "No man can serve two masters: for either he will the one and love the other;or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other.Ye cannot serve God and mammon" Mat.6:24
As a matter of fact this thread is not about "religion" at all. It is about getting back to basics. Renewing or beginning a relationship with God through His Son Jesus.
Yes God your Father does have a gender. He makes it known to us from the beginning. "So God created man in HIS own image, in the image of God created HE him; male and female created HE them. Gen.1:27
Jesus "Himself" tells us; "Have I been so long a time with you, and yet that hast not known me, Philip? He that has seen me hath seen the "Father"; and how sayest thou then, Show us the "Father"? John 14:9...Throughout the entire life of Jesus the Christ He always made it perfectly clear. Even when asked how to pray; He said "our Father who art in Heaven...." I'm sure you are familiar with this command. Luke 11:2
There was never any confusion then and still not today among people who know all too well that a Father is always "male".No matter who may say otherwise.
Throughout the entire word of God HE make it clear, there is no confusion as to the gender of God, except of course to those who will not see.
As to your question. What do you think He would say? Well my friend that is easy, there is no reason to speculate. God left us an entire book on all subjects. He has spoken on all issues concerning man and his ventures,he leaves nothing to our imagination. So we never can blame God for any ill effects which may come as a result of our behaviors. Psalms is a wonderful place to begin Jack. Psalm 15
