Well, 10 months later.... WOW. Talk about running a company into the ground! I have to admit I was completely wrong here. Clearly the management, led by Ms Puma has been incompetent. Their Oct press release said that a refi deal was nearly done. Either they were lying or they were too optimistic. Neither is what you want out of your mgmt. The current stock price is about 7% of where it was when Sumitomo was approaching the company. Ignorance is bliss. Incompetence is unacceptable and inexcusable when running a publicly traded company. jmo TO
