I am one of the lawyers on the thread.

"She" isn't just making disclosures. She is making statements in the press advocating the defense's case. She is advocating the legal conclusion, one that is debatable and one that should be advocating a position favorable to her client, that it is torture to isolate an individual and call their mother names, that directs benefits the case of the defendant. She has an obligation first to her client, that being the United States. I would say she is this close to violating that duty to her client.
