But another school of thought is that foreigners who have bailed out of the Far East will be looking for a safe haven for their money in the U.S. They may turn to treasuries and bonds first, but also good quality U.S. stocks. As for Elaine on NBR, Brinker would advise me to do the opposite of whatever she suggests, right?
