Anywhere in the State of Florida, for one.

I'm sure there are some venues that don't require a license for anything. In Missouri they don't even require a license for a general contractor, while in Fla you have to take classes and pass a state exam.

As to talking out of my ass...sorry....I prefer facts.

Thanks for letting us all know that to be a "Roto Router Man" one doesn't need any qualifications....
