I don't see the point of delay. A lot of folks just don't pay attention until they are forced to. Seems to me if they go ahead in Feb as planned, those who haven't taken action will move quickly. If delayed, they will put it off. Qcom has made some very good points. A lot of money has been invested and marketing programs in place based on the date set years ago. Those companies will lose more than the folks who have sat back and done nothing to get ready for the transfer. Once more gov't seems to look out for those who are negligent or oblivious rather than those who are proactive and pay attention.
