Dear Claude, I am belt high and sinking fast! Dubai Real Estate is severely tanking, 30 people a day are leaving their cars at the airport with the keys in them and the Ruler has just taken the 5% Rent Cap off rental property so the locals can raise housing rents by 100%. I do not know why God cursed these people with oil. They would be so much happier without it. They like Sheep, Goats, Camels, Fishing and Big families. Oil wealth is destroying their culture and their way of life.... but the security business is good :) Semper Fi,
