Seems as if things are coming together. They are under rule 144, restriction starts either day of release (Oct.15,97) or back in March, will know for sure tomorrow. MVPH guarenteed that the shares are ours and is looking into why E-trade had them, then didn't. Mine are still in my account under "safe keeping" which is restricted shares. Once the restriction is lifted, the shares will be worth the day of release closing price, which was either Oct 15, 97 or March 97. I suggest those on E-trade to call personally, the shares should be there. Again, does anybody know what the closing price was on Oct. 15? It would make sense for the restriction period to start on Oct.15 since in March they were 3.50 a share. That would be nice huh!
