The whole idea of delay is plain crazy. If the Government insists on subsidizing the cost of the transition to digital, then why issue coupons at all? The easier way in my opinion would be to give a instant 40.00 Government rebate when the box is purchased. The Government can then repay all the rebates to the participating stores once billed from said stores.

Would this be to easy and efficient for the Government to even consider?
