Since you're already 'barfing' at Obama on day two of his administration, I guess that tells us more about you than it does about him. To answer the question about where exactly the bar should be set to determine if he is a better president than W, I would submit that the fact that he is capable of expressing himself in whole sentences -- indeed, even paragraphs -- gives him a leg up on the incoherent one. But we've known that for months. That he has already taken action to close Guantanamo establishes that he has greater moral standing than W, but then again so does my cat. And the fact that he just now banned members of his administration to work as lobbyists once they leave, or that he won't hire people who have worked as lobbyists, already has established him as a president, unlike either of the Bushes or Saint Ronnie, who won't allow policy to be set by those who stand to gain financially. In less than 24 hours he established himself as a more honorable and intelligent president than the guy who just left office. So instead of syrup, why don't put you that on your pancakes.
