Do you think this is a good place to pick up some DXO? Or do think it will go a little lower. I Know no one knows for sure what will happen, but what is your gut feeling?
I have a friend who own commerical real estate here in Colorado Springs and he said that they are renewing leases for 25% to 30% of what the past lease was for. He said they( his partners) use to get monthly dividends, but not anymore.
I think things are going to get a lot worse in the near future....
